We will handle the hack cases if only the following requirements are met:
1. The hacked account is not shared or traded.
2. The hacked account has been credited more than 5 DB codes.
3. You submit the correct information, including account ID, names, registered email, etc.
4. Each account is able to file a hack case twice per year (once in the first half and once in the second half.)

Please only submit hack cases. We do not deal with the following issues:
1. You use bots.
2. You wear out your gears.
3. You trade or sell your gears at a very low price by mistake.
4. You are pked and drop your gears.
5. You share your items with others.
6. You have been hacked more than 10 days before you submit the report.

PS: Please allow us 1-5 business days to process the case, thanks for your patience. Remember: never report fake cases or shared account issues. Once we prove it is fake, you will be in our blacklist, and you will never get the service you deserve.
