We are NOT responsible for cases in the following conditions:
1. The case is caused by account share/trade.
2. The case is caused by using bot.
3. The current registered email of the hacked account cannot be provided.
4. The items are given out under your own IP.
5. The items are sold or traded by mistake, like when they are sold at a much lower price, traded to the wrong person, etc.
6. The items are carelessly dropped in the game.
7. The case is not reported in time. Generally we are not able to handle cases that are older than 10 days.

Each account is able to file a hack case twice per year (once in the first half and once in the second half). |
